I was wondering about the game's "ultimate" item.

1. Is it banned/not released yet?
2. If so then why are there pictures? (Jp. ver. maybe?)
3. Is there any info on when it will be released?
4. When it is released, what do you guys think will be the most likely way to obtain it?
