Deciding a new character...

I'm going to make a character with an ID of Oran, aiming for the Syncesta. I've been thinking of 3 that's mentioned in the poll, and I can't decide which one you think I should be using. Keep in mind that I already have a HUmar and a FOnewearl (see profile).

RAcaseal is a horrible idea in light of your noting of making an ORAN to look for Syncesta. You probably plan to pipe, and if you don't you're better off finding another ID that gets syncesta from a non-rare enemy, IMO. Hildetorrs are very difficult to find. I've only ever seen two random ones, in well over 1500 combined Ult hours on my characters, neither on ORAN. Piping I've seen thirteen more. Each of them took at least four hours, if not more, of piping. This is prohibitively expensive for a droid, each telepipe costing 350 meseta. Ten of those were on ORAN, by the way, and no Syncesta in sight. I've heard of people taking seventy-seven Hildetorrs for a single Syncesta. Assume a generous 100 pipes per torr(It will be so, so much more than that in actual practice). Seven hundred and seventy telepipes. 269500 meseta.

Another issue is the fact that Rangers hit Ult rather hard - They just plain have a bad time of it when they get there, no matter how good their weapons are. They have the ATA to hit, but lack the ATP to make it effective. Forces on the other hand, with their techs, can immediately start owning - A L40 FOnewearl can hit Ult and immediately start destroying everything in sight.

I recommend, from the choices given, a FOnewm. Good MST, decent DFP and HP, useful Gi/Ra tech boosts. Plus newman TP regen means fewer trips to the medical centre while piping.

If you really want to try a RA, though, may I recommend the RAmarl? Best class in the game, IMO.

While I'm not here to disbute the strengths/abilities of RAmarls, I just have to say, you play a game to have fun. RAmarls are not fun, IMO.

I can easily play any other class in the game and have fun, including the butt-ugly toilet-wearing RAmar, just not RAmarl.

It's just my oppinion. I haven't picked any of those three classes mentioned because I feel like I am not missing anything with the classes I did select!

Fine. My RAmarl opinions are all invalid. No class has gotten so boring for me before level 30 XD (It was boring from level 1, sometime through VR Temple Hard Mode I was just thinking what the heck am I doing?! Quit, made a new character).

Especialy if you have/can find Frozen Shooter cos my lv 71 can stand even ult monsters (i think its impressive but others won't...)

go with racaseal, thats the best one of the ones u got listed there. plus instead of piping for the torrs (which isnt as good for bots), just keep doin forest of sorrow. its funner and u see lots of hildes out of it too. plus out of the characters u got, u have not Rangers! u need a RA somewhere in there.

i conceur with the thing about the ramarls... they just arent fun at all... i would much rather use a ramar than her... i just dont like having to have to keep casting shifta and deband to make myself decent... but thats only my opinion
