I have a problem. My RAmar can't equip Units! Does anyone know why?

You need a frame with slots.

Your armour has 0 slots. Either find an armour with slots (up to 4), or find AddSlots and use them.

If you are offline only, it is wise to keep AddSlots for when you find rare armours.

And bolding your text will not gather more attention or replies.

actually not new to the game, just havent played in awhile, and i didnt really understand units.

Yes, let me explain.
Normal armors and frames (non special) will be displayed in green text when they have either extra increasments to resistances, added slots, or even both.
To check if an armor or frame has slots, go to Equip or Items in the menu. Go to the armor or frame, and press R once. Then look under the resistances, and it will say "Slots". If there is a number larger than 0 there, then yay! Your armor or frame has slots!
Now, the next step. Units.
A unit is a peice of eqiupment that you add to armor or frames with slots to enhance their preformance. For expamle, a "Resist Light", "General Body", or a "PB Amplifier" are a few of the many units. Now, pick the units you would like ot equip to your character (you may equip any unit to your character, the possiblities are endless), and go to Equip in the menu. Now, there will be open "slots" under the armor or frame you have equiped. Select one of these slots, and choose which unit you would like to place there. Taa daa, you did it!
The maximum amount of slots that an armor or frame may have is four. To add a slot to your armor or frame, you must have it equiped, you can use an "Add Slot". These items are rare though. Another option is to take "Photon Drops", and use them to get "Add Slots" from Pagani from the quest "Gallons Shop" (this option is only availible in the online mode though)

Do you mean you can't equip any, or more than one? You do have to go to your equip screen to equip more than one. If you can't equip any you probably don't have any slots which can be checked in your equip screen under your frame or on the frame info.
