Hurrah for agito!

I am so happy. I started off doing FiY runs with my pinkal FOnewm to get an agito but after a lot of runs i only saw 2 Pal Rappies so scratched that idea. I decided to pipe instead. I used ryuker 12 times and BAM! Pal Rappy. I beat its face in and it drops a Flame Barrier. So i start agian. 20 pipes later, Pal Rappy. It drops me about 2000 meseta. Now, at this point it is pretty late but I decide to just keep piping for one last Pal. About 40 ryukers later I see another Pal Rappy. Unfortunately, idiot that I am, I piped away and THEN realized it.

So I shut off the gamecube and went to bed. The next day, I started to pipe yet again. After about 60 pipes I got a Pal, killed it and found some barrier again. 36 pipes later, I saw a Pal once again. Well this time, I decided to try something new. I killed all the El Rappies and then ran out of the room. The Pal Rappy sat down and I snuck back in the Gizonded it planning to make it run and hit it again. All went according to plan but it sped right through a wall before I got my hit -_-' So I piped another 25 pipes or so and found a Pal. Killed it, barrier, blah.

The next day, my friends came over. I asked if they minded if I piped for a bit and they shrugged. I piped and after 39 pipes found a Pal. Barrier. 17 pipes, Pal... We begin joking around about how this one will drop 10 meseta. I kill the thing and hit it when it stands. RED BOX!!! We all laugh and I slowly walk forward. AGITO!!!! And so, after 9 Pal Rappies, (2 which I let get away) I FOUND AN AGITO 75!!! Yay.

Ok when you say you PIPE over and over what is that? Also, what was the item you got a weapon? Sounds like it took you a long time!

uhhh DUH!! It does clear it up if you actually READ it. What part of the english language used to describe it didn't you understand. If someone posts some info that is useful for your question, instead of trying to be a smart ass, you could be thankful that someone tried to help you.

Gee, thats really hard to understand isn't it? Pipe down to Ragol, see if a rare enemy is there, if not, pipe back up and down again. repeat until rare version of enemy appears. Yep, thats a tough paragraph to comprehend lol.


And btw, try using the GUIDES (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php) section for questions that you have. That is what its there for.

When the game loads up certain enemies, there is the off chance that it will instead load up a variation of that creature, that is stronger, and has the chance to drop some very valuble items. This happens any time that the game loads it, so a sort of 'loophole' people have found is that when you use a telepipe to return to Pioneer 2 and then return to the surface of Ragol, the enemies have to load up again, and you have the chance to have the game load the rare variation of the creature. So people will travel the planet 'til they find a cluster of a certain enemy, for instance El Rappy, who has a variation called Pal Rappy, who in turn has some nice item drops. They will repeatedly use the telepipe to load the area until they successfully get it to load up the Pal Rappy.

Try to make use of the PSO World databases, they're nifty.

WOW you are really a jerk! It so happens im on a Macintosh and on Safari its just a tad whiter then normal text on this board, normally it shows up fine. Now that I know what to look for in a link here I will catch them easier, but someone should teach you some manners! Not everyone chooses to be on a crappy PC with Windows, or didnt you think of that?

Actually I'm a pretty nice person. I just don't care for stupid people. And I have a MAC as well pinhead, so don't feel too superior. In fact I bought a new G5 not long ago. And you may not want to get into a debate over whether MAC is better than PC or vice versa unless you have a clue as to what you are talking about.

Well, some rare items (Heaven Punisher/ Psycho Wand) are very rare and have horrible drop rates. The easiest way to obtain these weapons is thru a rare enemy, but the drop rate from the rare enemy is 1/205. It would be hard just to "run into" a rare enemy and get it to drop with those odds. So, some players pipe for rare enemies because it is faster than doing runs over and over again
