If they do leave, they must feel that the means justifies the ends. Only problems is that'll bring the quality of Sega's games into question in future releases, but I suppose that's the effect they want though.

I doubt its true. Yuji Naka and the other game creaters get large freedom at their games so I see no actual reason why Sega's biggests creaters would leave. Besides, there has not been anything on 1UP.com or IGN.
