Old news, and it hasn't changed much at all, at least not yet. The M code they will need is 7 lines long, not the 2 line code that was found by Alex13mod recently.

The (M) code is worthless... Unless someone was to find one for the Ep3 game, then it will cause a bigger stir in the PSO online community.

Unfortunately, PSO has suffered greatly over the month. As predicted, PSO is dying fast.

I could run statistics on this game, and I can tell you 2 things.

1) No one cares.

2) PSO is dying rapidly... and no one cares.

PSO is dying and Sega is dead. The shame of it all is that with 6 different versions of the same game, they never got it right, when all it would have took was server side saves.

ST-brilliant and idiotic at the same time.

Who said one hasn't been found for ep.3?

If they did server side saves, then how could anyone play offline?

They could make it where offline characters stay offline and cannot touch online characters. It may be inconvient, but the trade off as far as being able to control cheating would be worth it. They could just add the single player quests to online mode, maybe by adding another selection besides Normal, Challenge and Battle. They could add Single Mode to cover what was offline play.

And then we would solve all of the hacking problems all over the world!

Just like B-Net did with Diablo 2!

Oh, wait...

Whatever SquareEnix is doing to keep FF XI clean, other companies should copy.

Maybe if there is another PSO they'll actually get it right.

Oh, wait this is Sonic Team we're talking about. Scratch that....

Server side saves? What an idea.

Do you mean like the currently in beta PC version?

The new PSO BB encryption is much harder to crack then any other version so pretty much BB is the safest PSO to date.

8, if you include all incarnations and versions of the PSO discs that are out.. Blue Burst would be number 9.
