Event cards

How do you get the special event cards listed in the database??? are they from quests online? oh and when you go to the card trader machine thing you can search event files. i have been told that you get cards for certain games being on your memory card?! if this is true can someone please list the cards you can get or if it is wrong i ask what it is for?

What about Chao? That is an event card isn't it? I don't think you get it from old game files. I want that card soooo bad.
