Can anyone give me a link to a guide on how to get the Deva Mag? Please & Thank You =D

Sorry I guess I coulda been more specific..................could someone help me find a way to make a Deva that when it evolves at lvl 100 will be 50/0/0/50 and from there i'll take it to 50/0/0/150 forgive the aforementioned post lol
