Transformation attempts

I saw Arsilans post below about transformation attempts chances. I had heard that an items chance of transformation is 1% plus the amount of that card u have. Ex:7 rappies, find a rappy 8% chance of transformation. Is this not true? I saw it in a guide here at psoworld.

Here is the percent rate.

Number of Cards % of Chance

10 or less: 55%
11-19: 60%
20-35: 70%
36-49: 80%
50 or more: 90%

are u sure i think that might be percent of change, i mean percent of attempt of change

Oh...sorry...i read it wrong. I can try to find out for you though.

When a card tries to transform, the first percentage is the chance that it tried to transform (listed in another post, being compiled), the other percentage is that now glowing card's percentage chance to actuall succeed at transforming. Having 99 Rag Rappy's would not mean a 99% chance of attempted transform. Would be nice, but that's not the way it works.
