Anyone know where I can find this?

A long time ago I had a program that was a graph where you could type in your characters stats, materials, units, etc. With the program you could see if you maxed or not. It almost seemed like a word document. I can't find it, I'm not sure if its at this site or not.

Why not use the PSO Character Manager (http://www.pso-world.com/download.php?cat=PSO+Utilities+%26+Programs)?

It works basically the same, but in order for it to be 100% correct, your level must be a multiple of 5. It allows you to enter in how many Mats you have used, and to set an ideal amount, so you will max properly at 200. It also has a Mag stat guide, so that you know what stats you are aiming for on your Mag.

I tried that program but when I try to run it it gives me an error message, I read the
"read me" file and they gives you a URL to get the file thats needed but the link is old and so is the one on this site. So I can't run it.

It should also tell you the name of the file you need. Just search for that on google and you should find a site you can download it from.
