Is there a way to reuse a serial number? Or check if it is used? I bought my pso used and don't know if it was ever played online.

Yep, call Sega and they can tell you if it was already registered. 1-800-USA-SEGA.

I just got off the phone with Sega and they said there was no way to check if a serial # has been used. I then asked if I did have one that was used, if there was anything they could do about it, they said no.

Did the person I talk to not know what they were talking about, or is that true? Has anyone got them to change an episode III number?
