Another low level char in ult and a question

well I just managed to get my second low level char into ultimate.
My HUnewearl is level 41 and is in ult forest using lavis cannon.
Yippers I was bored.

but as I was beating Dark falz into jelly I noticied writing on the third form's floor.
has anyone found out what it says?

i can't remember much after that.. but i think all the names of the photon blasts where also in the ring of text, though i might have seen it somewhere else...

well maybe it's the same text as in the opening menu circle

i think that's the PB symbol the same as the one for the photon blast... and the one falz has is a lot larger ^_^

the main menu circle has the photon bursts names on it that much I remember.
