I need to know as a friend wants to know whether to get the Japanese version of ep 1+2 or the Pal version.

if you can find it, get the version thats native to your own region, if your in the EU get the EU version, its a lot simpler, if you go down the japanese route you will need to provide a valid japanese address amongts other things in Japanese.

2 places i found PSO, both £29.99 and free postage from cd-wow, dunno bout tesco. I ordered mine from cd-wow the other day and will be online by end of week http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif and the hl over here is around 6quid a month aint it?

He was asking for just the price of the JP HL (I'm guessing the friend is going to import PSO+?). And you have to pay the HL in the currency and the amount for the type it is (so JP PSO's need a JP HL; US PSOs need a US HL; etc) each is slightly different in price. But they are around $9 US (not sure how much different the JP is though, but you may also have to pay for extra charges for money change fees).

yea i know but it says he dont know which to get and well, im attempting to sway toward to the pal version by offering some help as i know it can be abit of a bint to find a copy, and also, he mentions nothing of pso+, so anyway, nowt wrong with info i gave, hopefully it helped, its alot less hassle with ure native region http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
