I was wondering if anyone has successfully unsealed a J-SWORD. I have checked out the posted guides and heard all of the rumors, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever actually done it or seen it done? I want to unseal my untecked one, but I don't want a TSUMIKIRi, I just want it to stay as the UNSEALED J-SWORD.

So... you want to unseal your sword, but you want it to stay sealed? Or am I missing something here...
EDIT: OK, I've just realised how stupid that is http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif whoops.
I don't think UNSEALED J-SWORD is an item, is it? An unsealed one IS a Tsumikiri

I'm not sure if kills before it is tekked count.

If you were to get the option to Unseal it while it is untekked, I am 99.999+% sure it will either automatically tekk itself, or still be untekked.

When it is unslead, it will become the Tsumikiri J-Sword, not an Unsealed J-Sword.

At least one person has confirmed the current theory.

For more information on the Sealed J-Sword:
See this thread (http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=69992&forum=7&10).

I think the way to do that is to kill the amount of enemies needed to unseal it, unseal the sword and then reset the game after removing the seal... if that's what he means http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

Actually there is the SEALED J-SWORD, UNSEALED J-SWORD, and then the TSUMIKIRI J-SWORD. I have my SEALED J sitting in the bank untecked right now, but I wanna unseal it and I'm tired of people speculating on how you unseal it rather than just have the exact info. Thanks for the feedback.

unsealed-j sword? there are only two that are avaiable and those are the Sealed-J and Tsumikiri-J.. the unsealed-j sword IS the Tsumikiri-J sword if i'm not mistaken http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

You are correct. There is no UNSEALED J-SWORD, that would be the Tsumikiri J-Sword. =p
If you want to unseal it, you will most likely have to tekk it first, anyone want to verify?

actually... they might mean that killing all 23000 enemies and having the remove option available makes it an unsealed-j sword... but it doesn't...

There are only two j swords in the psow database, one is the Sealed-J from Gi-gue, the other the unsealed version, Tsumikiri-J, there is no in between sword

You guys kill me, you think because it isn't in the PSO database that it doesn't exist. The sword has been the same since it was back on the DC Ver2 when you could have the SJ, and UJ and then the TSUM JS. I've seen people on the GC version and Xbox version with the UNSEALED J-SWORD, but they are hacked and I would like to have one legitimately. My friend Kaos whom I know is a duper has both the SEALED J-SWORD, and the UNSEALED J-SWORD, and they both have different descriptions.

well KaFKa said he unsealed it legitly and I have.
but it becomes Tsumikiri J Sword not unsealed.
it it says unsealed J sword it is a hack with no way possable of getting legitly.

can you give a picture of this Unsealed J sword?

We have a confirmed method of egtting the Tsumikiri J-Sword.

Please read stickies:
http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=69992&forum=7&10

And the only time I have ever heard of an Unsealed J-Sword was in reference to the TJS (I think I know more about that sword than people who actually have it http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif).

maybe when he says unsealed he just means when you have meet the kill requirement.

I will get ahold of Kaos and get you guys a screen shot, he hasn't been online in a while but for the sake of confirmation ill get him back online. What I mean when I say UNSEALED J-SWORD, is that if you look at it in the trade window, it says just that. The J-SWORD as a whole is a horrible weapon but i just like how the UNSEALED looks when the sheath is still on.

was the system played on mentioned?

Eclypse

System doesn't matter beacuse I've seen it on both the NG and the Xbox. Now I will admit that I haven't seen it a whole lot, but I know what I saw and it said UNSEALED J-SWORD in the trade window and he didn't have the purple seal on it when he equiped it. I do however remember people having UNSEALED's back on version 2 oh so long ago.

There is no weapon named 'Unsealed J-Sword', when I unsealed my Sealed J-Sword it turned into Tsumikiri J-Sword.

But according to the files from the game, there is
Sealed J-Sword
Sealed J-Sword
Tsumikiri J-Sword

Yesh, all made by ST. The one without the counter is supposed to replace the original if it becomes duped.
as far as actual tests go, ill ask muff if he got his video thingy yet. I want to keep my sword sealed. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
