Meseta is earned online only and is awarded by winning fights in Tournaments.
The amount of meseta given is based on the type of opponent and the further you get in the torunament. There is no difference in the amount of meseta given between B/ships and normal ships.
Basic Formula
When defeating a CPU-
Meseta rewards start at 100 meseta for the first round.
Meseta given per round increases by 100.
Winning a tournament gives the amount for that round plus 300.
When defeating another player-
Meseta rewards start at 400 meseta for the first round.
Meseta given per round increases by 100.
Winning a tournament gives the amount for that round plus 300.
Meseta Values Per Round
Values will be given as normal/final, normal total/final total.
When defeating a CPU-
First round- 100/NA 100/NA
Second round- 200/500 300/600
Third round- 300/600 600/900
Fourth round- NA/700 NA/1300
When defeating a player-
First round- 400/NA 400/NA
Second round- 500/800 900/1200
Third round- 600/900 1500/1800
Fourth round- NA/1000 NA/2500
Meseta Values Per Tournament
These values are seperated by number of slots in a tournament, and are the totals for the tournament if all entrants that you fight are the same (all CPU or all players).
Vs. CPU Totals-
4P tourney- 600 meseta
8P tourney- 900 meseta
16P tourney- 1300 meseta
Vs. Player Totals-
4P tourney- 1200 meseta
8P tourney- 1800 meseta
16P tourney- 2500 meseta
Tournaments With Player and CPU Opponents
Some tournaments will not have you face all CPU or all players in order to reach the goal. For this, refer to the Meseta Values Per Round above.
Example:
Here is an example tournament lineup for an 8P singles tournament.
You

In the first round you beat Player 2.
According to the values, defeating a player in the first round gets you 400 meseta. Your total for the tournament becomes 400 meseta.

In the second round you beat CPU 1.
According to the values, defeating a CPU in the second round gets you 200 meseta. Your total for the tournament becomes 600 meseta.
Now for the finals.

In the third and final round you beat CPU 3.
According to the values, defeating a CPU when the third round is the final round gets you 600 meseta. Your total for the tournament becomes 1200 meseta.
If at any time you lose or drop out of the tournament, the amount of meseta given to you in that tournament up to that point is kept.
