Symbol Chat

How do I "say" a symbol chat message? I've made a few of them, but I don't know how to get them out there.

For Gamecube
You press Y to to bring up the soft ceyboard then you press R 2 times to get to the symbol chat menu, sleect a symbol chat then press A to Say it.

Don't know about Xbox or PC.

press Y to bring the virtual kb up
press X once to get to word select
press X again to get to symbol

Hah,I had that problem,too http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif Just press r twice I think when you put up the softpad thing or assign them to shortcuts which can be used with the c stick,kb,and softpad.
