Striker of chao

I'm a bit confused as to how to create this weapon.

Psoworld states that you need a lvl 100 mag (chao I assume) and a striker of chao. I had a look at how to create a chao and it says you need >35 on all stats. Wouldn't this mean that you couldn't have a lvl 100 chao and that the lowest chao mag lvl would be 140?

Yes, you would need a level 140+ Chao. It's just that the odds are the game data says you need at least a level 100 Mag (level 100 is common for requirements in this game).

Also, you don't have to use the Chao Mag if you don't want to (search the guides for Towards the Future I think it is if you are interested in that way).

there is a way to have a Chao even without 35 on all stats, and therefore, it was tested that the Mag has to be Lv 100 to be used on Branch of Paku Paku.

Also note that if you use the Towards the Future method, the % on the Branch of Paku Paku will not carry, while they will if you use a Chao Mag.

Does this method also work for gc? It's listed under dc and when I tried to get the flower bouquet on gc it never worked.

If Ketchup and myself had been talking about the DC version, we would have been very explicit about it.

With the TTF method on NGC, you do not even need a Chao Mag.

I'm not sure how to make. I've only um unmade one. Do you lose your choa mag?

If you use a chao mag to create the Striker of Chao, yes you lose your mag. If you change it back to Branch of Paku Paku using TTF, you will not get a mag back.
