how 2 get toy rappy?

i read a thread on <edit> which says u can get toy rappy off,but how?ne1 knows?
u hv to get akikos frying pan first,ok i got it,but wots next?

Noone's sure on how to get the Toy Rappy. I haven't read any info at any of the JP boards (who are notorious for picking the game apart) nor any other boards that I can reliably trust for information. At the moment, I'd say it's an E Rank card that is going to be given out by some future quest.
