In case any of you missed it, Abdur accidentally revealed that Arkham does exist when he posted this in site related a few days ago....The Plot Thickens!

If Arkham was made hidden and still exists, then it's there. Even if it does not exist in this moment in time, there was an actual Arkham. Talking about IS a moot point, since even when you can see it, normal members cannot access it. It's not like it never existed at all.
