Hi, I was trying to know if there is any possible way to have a Ila with higher POW than DEX...

Depends how much by (this is assuming you've looked at the gallery and found each possible Ila evolution requires Pow > Dex. If not, look harder. In the guides section. Under Mags.). If you only want a small difference, you can raise to a multiple of 5 with Dex > Pow, then add 4 levels to Pow, and it won't evolve. They only evolve when brought to, or fed on, a multiple of 5 levels.

EDIT: Looking at the wonderful MAG guide (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=1016), there is no way to raise an Ila with Pow > Dex, except if the difference is less than 5 and you don't mind stopping at level 199.

yeah, in way..
first make ila to the way it's suppose to, then raise the stat that you want after lv50
