Finally found my Red Sword from Govulmer! I'm just glad I don't have to look for it anymore and I noticed two other people found their rares today; it must be because of the date.

Heh, nice. Red Sword is one of the nicer Swords in the game.

Keep up the Skyly caves Runs, many more treasures await you. And when you're done there, head over to Ep2 for much excellent gear.

Well everone seems to be against me today, but kef will back me up (along with many others)on this.
Red sword looks like ass, crappy effect, slow.
Red Partisan looks great, good effect, fast, hits more enemies.
I personally hate swords and the only good ones are:
Any with hit %.
Chain Sawd (effect).
Last Survivor (effect).
S rank (effect and power).

If a sword has none/is any of the above, heck I'd probably take a saber of some kind instead!

Swords are extremly over rated and partisans under rated.

Red Sword was my first red wpn of all. Then two days later I got corrupted. I found another one... 1 months later, I got corrupted (along with my Sealed J Sword, only killed like say 2 enemies cause I was testing it out). It's a pretty good wpn if you are a Skyly... getting sick of those Dragon Slayers, so it's not a bad change.

Partisans are cool, but I wish the ATP was a little higher. To equip such a good partisan requires high ATP. ;_;

I disagree on the fact that you say it hits more enemys. The Sword has a wider and longer swing then the partisan and the partisan hits more enemys if they are in a straight line. And enemys usually don't line up for you.

must be the date because I just started a new guy and I have never found even a glimpse of red box on normal and I found a boomas right arm not very good but pretty cool.
