no luck with luck

this may seem like a stupid question but i gotta ask it. ive just found some luck mats on some of my chars, and for some reason, i cant use them at all. my racast luck is sitting at 22 and my caseal at 20 i think. thanks for the help.

Luck Maxes at 100. There is a limit to the total number of Materials each character can use.

Androids and Newmans- 150 assorted Materials + 125 HP + 125 TP (HP and TP have their own counters, Androids can't use TP Mats obviously)
Humans- 250 assorted Materials + 125 HP + 125 TP
