Shop Disk Question

I'm making a bunch of new force characters and I'm wondering at what level will I begin to find lvl 1 gi- and ra- disks in the shop. I'm too lazy to look in the levels for them, instead I "pipe" the shops for the disks I'm looking for. But I don't know when they start to appear (when shop items appear/disappear depends on your character's level, right?).

Sure, the higher Lv you are the higher the disks Lv will appear in the shop. Having a certain disk you want to appear in a shop is all about luck. The highest Lv of the disks that the shop can sell is 14. I think difficulty matters, too. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif

I've seen ONE (one) Foie level 15 disk in the shop. Once. Usually, 14 is the highest. Piping the shop is extremely, er, not useful. I had more luck finding useful disks on regular runs; all I did was save the nice disks in my bank and throw away the sloppy old ones until I started using my Force hard-core.

Your best bet for easy, good disks is to keep running through Ultimate Forest or V.Hard Ruins; V.Hard Ruins has the better variety but Ultimate Forest will get you higher levels in the basic stuff.

Of course, if your character has the cojones, he can do Ult. Ruins.. THAT'LL get your Force going.

Ok, the thing is my characters are *all* low level. Since they are all low level, I decided to get rid of some and make new ones that look better and have better IDs.

I am looking for level 1 technique disks because lvl 1 techs use less TP. I can't afford trifluids or too many difluids, so I'm looking for only level 1 technique disks. Not level 9, not lvl 15, not lvl 30 (those will come later).

So I want to know at what level my characters have to be to get level *1* disks to appear in the shop. Level *1* gi- and ra- disks.

Mm. Well, my new FOmar is level 22, and I think I got him lv 1 Rabarta from the shop at around, let's see, i was in the caves, so... level 10?

Try between 10 and 15, I'd say.

Well you also try having a higher lvl char if you have one to look in the shop.
