Depends on what you want in your armour. Depends on the stats you get when you find it. And yeah, use the GUIDES please.

Overall yes but if you consider the extra 100 point boost the LOVE HEART gives around male characters it would technically be the strongest DFP based (AURA FIELD 280-285, LOVE HEART 197(Base)-297(Around Male charaters). Comes down to your play style and what you like appearance wise and stat wise. I personally use the LOVE HEART because I love HUnewearls and that's what I mainly play as.
