A Bit of Luck!

Heh. Lately, I've been having a drought of rares. Of course, that wasn't a huge problem for me, since I'm just getting back to PSO.

Today, I decided to try my melee FOnewearl in the Ruins for the first time, in Retired Hunter. She did surprisingly well, and I managed to get a rare out of it!

Anyways, I got a DF Field. ^-^ It's better than my Brightness Circle it seems, but I'm yet to be able to equip it. But YAY!

Heh. I do 1 random run Pinkal Ruins and get a 1 / 2926, yet I can't seem to get that 1/900 Red Mechgun Purplenum drop http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Meh. SOme intersting news, while hunting Psycho Wand in Purplenum, I came out with 2 Photon Drops, which normall would be bad, if the items weren't going to be Justice and Silence Claw http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

Nice. DF Field, IMO, is the best armor in the game. It looks nifty, and it adds great stats. Aura Field...ew.

Yeah, I love all the cool stuff I find in Pinkal. Guld Milla from Boxes, and Sealed J-Sword from Hard Vol Opt.

Chao, try more Pinkal Ruins runs. Pinkal's okay finds are there, like Morning Glory, Guardiana, Sorceror's Arm, Bringer's Arm...

Come to think of it. They aren't PERFECTLY balanced. Whitill is bit worse because a lot of their weapons just don't LOOK cool.

Edit: Yeah that's plenty. In V. Hard Pinkal can find Magic Rock: "Moola" off of Guil Sharks at a 1/853 rate. They also can find Cure/Slows and God/Minds off of Pouilly Slimes and Nar Lilys respectively.

I plan to... and hoping that DF Field is the rarest useful thing in Pinkal Ruins, I might be able to obtain other items easier ^-^

I tried my DF Field on my FOmar, and went on a run through Ult Ruins. Wow, that was easy @_@ I need to get back online -_-;;;

That's what my FOmar used before I put DF Field on him, and when I give the Field back to my FOnewearl http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif That is one funkay shield!

FOnewm only, but a great armor.

If you have characters that can use those armors, then by all means replace your DF Field with them. Unless you're talking about Luminous Field, I detest the animation.

If you have Greenill, then Guard Wave or Flame Garment are great. A found Brightness Circle would own, Love Heart isn't too hard to make (Heart Key + Spirit Garment), but is Female only.

I don't like the animation on the DF Field, and I really like the Luminous Field one, and it's the best armour droids can use, too.

Guard Wave is easy in Oran and Redria, too.
Luminous Field is not rarer than DF Field.
Flame Garment is Greennill exclusive >_>
