Thanks guys, yeah, i tried it and it seems to be down, I have two more questions in the meantime, Caducius, the Rare Cane thing, It increases Grants, but offline my friend and I found it on accident, he equiped it, he got hit by an enemy Foie and then it's special attack started shooting Foie, is this a glitch or does Caducius copy enemy techs? Secondly, what are some of the better weapons for RA, I have a 30% Hit Guilty Light and 25% H&S Justice, what else should I gun for(no pun intended)

Photon launchers will hit up to 4 targets.

Whitill is the only ID to find the Milla and can also find the Guld. All IDs can find the Heaven Punisher somewhere.
