About Claws

How come (real) Nei's Claw boost low level techs, Rika's Claw Boosts mid-level techs(gi), but there isn't any that boosts high level techs(Ra)?

Hmm, good question.

Look at it this way, though.

You use those Claws becuase they're strong, right? Well, the tech boost is just a nifty little extra.

Maybe they didn't want to monopolize the Psycho Wand and Prophets of Motav? XD
