More Translation Questions

Okay guys, I have another question relating to the translation of something in PSO. The "seal" that Rico talks about in her message capsules is "MUUT DITTS POUMN" (apologies if I didn't get that exactly right). I've read more than once that people have theorized that this refers to Motavia, Dezolis and Parma. I played through Japanese mode to examine the katakana (MUUTO DITSU POUMU) and unless I'm missing something, it doesn't seem to me like that could be the case. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Just one more case of my own curiosity.
