Anyhoo.
This is Fan art of "Turn A Gundam" (to those who know it) or well just random anime (to those who doesn't know). In the anime, there are two identical looking female character (Queen Diannna and Ms. Kihel), and I am not entirely sure which one it was. Originally it was supposed to be a non-readable expression on her face, which kinda became "expressionlessness" instead.

Anyway.
