S-Rank weapon, where do you find them?

Is there any easy way to find S-Rank weapons? Do you find them offline or online?

You get S-rank weapons for completeing Challenge Mode.

Episode 1 challenge mode, all 9 stages complete, less than 7 hours.

Episode 2, all 5 stages complete, less than 5 hours.

Online, you get to pick from two different sets of weapon types depending on which mode, and you can name them. Names are 8 characters, all caps, A-Z only, and preceed the weapon type, I.E, RATI TWIN.

Offline, you get a choice of a variety of amusing gag weapons.

PSOW has many guides on this subject, and an entire section of the forums is devoted to it. Look around, and you will find more in-depth information than I can put in one post.

Challenge mode hard. Though I still would like to go through it so I know what to do on-line....but no one around here wants to play off-line for that reason. >.>
