I purchased the PSO for Xbox without realizing you need the Gamertag to play it. so no i cant play it for another eight weeks, until i save up enough to get the Xbox live starter set...

No. Xbox PSO requires a gamertag to play, which requires Xbox live.

Doesn't it say that you need a Gamertag on the box?

it was a used game, so i didnt see the box till after i bought it. and they dont allow you to return used games.
