has anyone seen this anime?
what do you think of it?
I love it.
Ashtons cute, funny and he has Gyoro and Ururun

the series follows the game pretty nicely.. taking the ashton scenario/branch..

hm, will there be series for disc 2's story?

Hee hee, I love Star Ocean EX! Ashton rocks, and Koyasu (Takehito) is absolutely perfect for Dias.

To answer your question, there was supposed to be a second season that tied up the story by picking up where the first season left off (in other words, the second season would follow disc 2's story) but I never heard anything more of it. I think production was cancelled (or at least put on hiatus). I could be wrong, though.

i havent seen the anime, but i want to know does it follow the first star ocean, or second star ocean video game? or does it not follow any of the video game storylines at all?

Yeah, me too! Well, hopefully they won't leave it hanging... Final Fantasy: Unlimited was originally supposed to be 52 episodes as well, though, and they stopped that at 26 as well, due to it not being as popular as they'd hoped...

Star Ocean EX was pretty decent but I've seen better. The characters are all nice and funny and all, but the Anime doesn't compel me to watch as much as other stuff like Ghost in The Shell or Hellsing.
