I need help finding a SNES game...

...because I don't know what the name is. I asked me bro what he wanted for his birthday and this is what I got.

It's an SNES mech game, and you sort of program your own "AI" for the robots and then fight them (against OEM AI's or other people's, he couldn't remember) He said it was pretty primitive, you wrote all the conditionals for your robot. I've never heard anything of the sort. Has anyone?

Oh man I remeber seeing that in an EGM or something years and years ago. I swear I've played it too once. I can't for the life of me remeber what the name of it is, but I am going to help you find out.
