About Hit% and stuff

I have tried searching the forums but i didnt find anything... i was wondering, what exactly is hit% .. is that just like chance of special hitting the enemy or what? .. and how do you find out what hit% your weapon has?

Hit % adds ata ontop of the weapon. Having a weap with a high hit % is good. If you find one...yay. It just means you can hit things more often...

even basic weapons with hit are always fun to have to give to low lvl characters...any kind of mechs with high hit %s will allow you to blaze through any area
