Corruption? Unformating?

Having been corruped and unfomrated about 4 times. I was wondering if there is any special way to prevent haveing this horriable fate on your charactor. If this is aginst the rules...Im didn't know.

Avoid vega 01-01 is my only advise and also when you hear that buzz sound take your memory card out of the slot and that should save you from corruption next time.
