Why no one goes to Celestite 8?

I see a few PSOW Xbox gamers out there and only I see a few if any go to Celestite 8?

What's the hold up? I'm already having trouble finding a decent game to play without 13 year olds and or Hunters using T-J swords.

Dav 10 was the legit block I thought... I don't know there are very few of us Legits out there it is not even funny...

There is really no set legit block on X-box, it just happens that there are certain areas where you're most likely to find the legit players. Often it's because a legit guild bases their home there.

I know there are legit guilds but I'm reluctant to go there because they often play late at night and I can't play duing nightfall since I'm still a minor.
