Success as in being a good movie, or making lots of cash? I think that it'll be good. It all depends on how they tie it together. Last I heard, it was something about Aliens settling in Antarctica or something years before, and Predators showed up and did their thing.

I haven't kept track of it, but the scope of the movie they want is rather nice.

I've seen a video with concept art, and it showed a close view of afew predators fighting twice as many aliens, then it slowly pulls back and you see more and more aliens, until finally you see they are in the jungle on a mayan pyramid, and aliens are covering the entire thing and the area around it's base trying to get to the Predators(who are making a last stand as they wait to be picked up).

I'm a fan of the Alien and Predator series, I've enjoyed every movie so far, so hopefully this one won't be a total flop, but if it is, not a big deal. But I have some faith in it's creators.

I liked both the Predator movies and all of the Alien movies except for Alien 3. I haven't followed the Alien vs. Predator series though. The concept art sounds pretty cool though. If it has a good story and interesting characters, then great. If its simply the newest showcase for GCI, then I'll pass.

I heard it going to be like the comic or graphic novel (whichever one it's in don't really know) with one human on the side of the predators narrator the whole thing but I could be wrong

If it does follow the novel, I can't wait to see Machiko Noguchi kick some Alien ass. Always thought the first novel could easily make a great movie.

I reackon the film is going to be a great success, and all the guys on my flat are dying to see it.

At the minute i know that plotwise that a group of teenage Predators have come to earth for a right of age ceramony where they must kill a load of Aliens in one of their traditional hunting grounds. However, a group of human scientists have stumbled across a pyramid buried in ice in Alaska (think it was Alaska) and accidnetly get caught up between the Preds and the Aliens. And apparently the scientist leading the excavation of the Pyramid is the same scientist that Bishop (synth from Aliens) was based off.

I so hope a Predlien turns up.

Gonna be a wild ride....I really like the Pred and Alien movies.

FYI....did you know that there is a Batman vs. Aliens vs. Predator movie {and it is probally one of the best B-man movie every....even though it's only about ten minutes long}. It is called "Batman: Dead End": directed by Sandy Collora.

Man, Batman: Dead End rocked. Except for the Aliens and Predators. I mean, if you're into that, that's cool, but I was looking forward to straight Batman stuff.

Man, if only the guys making Batman Begins (or whatever it's called) took a page out of Dead End's book.

Yes...you are most certainly correct. But, if you were him...and you just got the crap beat out of you by an Alien Predator with tools and weapons and all the like...would you be reluctant to slit his throat, cut his head off, or slice out his liver.
