Now I Know there probably was a lot of versus done, but lets take out some factors like, Dondoph has 30 minutes to live and the Ash from the forest, lets make it Ash from the ruins.

Donoph is a hardened military general, well trained in using a very large, metal sword to kick ass.

Another thing: It's very easy to kill someone when they're stuck behind small obstructions. Like crates. Or Belras. Ash would -never- think of swining his Twin Brand, oh no...

Never seen a Zanba before. I've played mostly female characters. I didn't understand what a Zanba looked like until Teifu played it in Episode 3.

Zanba is a rendition of clouds buster sword from ff7 (I think). All any of you are going on about here is the sword, just because he has a giant steel sword dosen't mean he can win easily. Taking factors into account such as the weight of the zanba, ash's proficiency with the twin brand plus he's younger which in most cases accounts for greater agility and speed and you might just have ash come out the winner.

Ash owns Donoph. Of course, at first he'll take a beating, but by the time he's gotten to his feet again, the 30 minutes have passed and Donoph is dead. So Ash wins.

Yea I know lain2k3 but I was just speaking in real terms, instead of just the game. Anyway if this topic is discussing things in game terms what does exp have to do with anything? All it then comes down to is who is stronger because no one controls them.

yoor right but then explain zoke!!!!!!!and rico.......they where defeated and zoke had sange&yasha so he had at least 650+atp and no mag, rico has at least 140 ata and at least 700+atp how could they be beaten, i vote for ash i like training with him more but in logic donoph would win, as the Twin brand can't combo on a character when it hits, so you would do less damage, whereas zanba would do 1 HARD attack, and ash would have less atp any way and ALL less stats, as NPC's don't use mags or material(if i'm wrong tell me)
