only way is to build a nuke silo and then click "BUILD NUKE"

Do you have any maps that have that trigger? You can open them and search for the trigger....

Err... I can make Terran Command Centers slide until they smack up against minerals. I forget the process, though...

Still, it's mildly amusing to make a Starport slide across an enemy's base.

And that's without hacks, too.

They fixed those bugs. You can't do that or floating units or making units then lifting a building and the unit pops up out of no where. As far as the nukes thing, a silo can only hold one nuke. So there is no auto build and it takes a while anyways so you just click it once and wait. If anyone ever wants to play drop me a PM I still play almost every night. Try to have a team of three or better though so you can play against me and my freinds though.
