Tp Regeneration

My Hunewearl's tp regenerates pretty fast (she is level 134 and has around 900 tp) and my Fonewearl's tp goes up much slower even though she has around 1200 tp (she is level 51). Does the rate of tp regeneration increase by level? Is the rate different for different classes? Does equipment effect it? What makes my Hunewearl's tp regenerate so much faster than my Fonewearl's?

Both HP and TP regeneration speeds increase as you level. There does seem to be a maximum, however, which hits around level 100. As a best guess, HP recharges up to about 6 per second and TP recharges up to about 3 per second.
