PSO is really an amazing game..

Ok, i just got my copy of PSO I+II for gamecube and, even tho it's the same game from 4 years ago, it still impresses me. I dunno wtf is up with this game, i just can't stop playing it ever..

I prolly wont go online with it (as i'm waiting on psobb), but i had to set up a network for the goods of screenshot taking (and some other nifty features that only sonic team can deliver to you), specially since this happened to me:

ok, i just got the game today.. was going to try to level up my new Ramarl, Kei, for a while in a regular forest run (so i can get the feel of the game on the gamecube) so later i could do some episode 2 (new territory for me!).. Isn't seh a beauty? (you can't see in the pics.. but she has long hair)

Anyway.. after a few minutes, on forest2, i'm popping some boxes and then i found THIS:

I mean.. cmon.. i'm level 3.. i just got the game today.. my first ever forest run on gamecube.. on NORMAL.. from what i've been reading, it HAS TO BE a photon drop... but noooo.. what does this perky little game has in mind?

Oh yeah, i forgot to say about what i though of episode 2... well, i didn't actually see anything new, since i only got to do temple... but damn, that was hard... anyway, after 1 hour for EACH of the temple areas (alpha and beta), i get to barba ray.. oh, this is going to be nice, i wonder... new boss.. something i never saw before... not so much.... same old de rol le, if you ask me.. but much, much meanier... after dying twice (the second time i even managed to get his helmet off!) and still at level 7, i decided it was time to stop...

wonder if that was nice... killed the dragon in forest at level 3 (killing it made me level 4) and arriving at barba ray on level 7...

I've never found one of those.

Adds one slot to any armor (not to exceed 4 slots). You can buy them in an online quest, at the cost of 1 Photon Drop. How you can play for 280+ hours, and not at some point need an Addslot (or 4) is beyond me.

lmfao thats funny but yea it adds slots to your armor...and the lvl3 dude your pretty lucky i have found few with my lvl 135 and none on my lvl 106 100 and 83 and all the others lol but you will find somethign called a photon drop...online you can trade a photon drop for a addslot

I remember moving from DC to NGC, and I was SO impressed with it! Thing is, it was my brother's Gamecube, so he wasn't too happy with me spending hours on end playing PSO in his room! Ah well...

Hurrah for PSO! I keep quitting it, and then mysteriously I find myself playing again for hours on end!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I'm not sure if PSOBB is coming out in America. From the rumors floating around that I've heard, it's staying in Japan. Just like PSO+.

Sega probably would want to focus on PSU now that it's been announced. If you're clueless, check out the trailer at ign.com

I'm not even going argue about the fact of how I think it's going to be a free game downloadable online and with only a hunter's license fee (like most mmorpg nowdays).

If it's the case of being a purchaseable game and it not coming out on USA (like I live in usa... hehe)... ever heard of importing?

Well....it's not entirely unheard of. I found an addslot and a photon drop in my first 3 runs of forest on Normal. I've heard of someone finding 2 addslots in their first, four or five Normal runs through forest.
