Phantasy Star Universe

Does anyone know on the Phantasy Star Universe if that will be limited to only one system or will XBOX players be able to play? Also, will you be able to use current characters or will it be a brand new startup like PSO3? Will it be able to prevent rampant hacking or will that just follow its natural course as well? The concept of a big, new game based on PSO sounds exciting. I'm just curious if it will mean the end of the current PSO game as it was for me when I migrated from the dreamcast to the gamecube and then on to the xbox, leaving a trail of many wonderful characters behind. Thanks for your insight.

BtW there is literally NO confirmed info on it. So noone can say what system/s it will end up on.
