Which ending was the best for you and why?

Was it...

The original ending : Flight To Freedom
Matilda plunges to her death in a tragic, ironically named chapter.

Or...

1st alt ending : This Life Or The Next
Even more tragedy as Sarunakai saves Matilda, only to have her die in his arms.

Or....

2nd alt ending : Fugitive Hearts
The mega happy ending that leaves open for a sequel....
