Ok, sega has some major bugs with their system (EP3)

So me and Anthony are going intoa tourney, and we are at the deck selection screen, but our opponent is *** and d/ces. This leaves us in a bad position, we can't do anything and are stuck at this screen, nothing will load, cant push any buttons to fix anything. Whats sega's tech support number so me and him can demand sega remove all our d/cs from our record now because the only way out of this is to d/c, which is really ***. Anyone know any solutions.

After 20-30 minutes, the game will finally detect that the opponent DCed and allow you to play... At least, it's always worked for me. But yeah, a smaller timeout time would be very nice.
