Holy Ray that good?

Yesterday I found a Holy Ray (no hit). But I thought it was such a great weap for a Fomar and tested on bartle. (Btw 30% native).
Im lvl 110 and it only did 40 damage :s. Should I grind it fully and use it, or just drop it?
Using techs all the time costs me a lot of money, so I'd like a strong weap...
Pls give me some advice

I give 200 damage. My Zalure is lvl 29, but my Shifta is only lvl 15-19 or so...

yeah that shifta deband at lvl 30 can be down right nasty! you'll be mowing down enemys left and right with the right weapons W/shifta,deband,jellen and zalure.

With Level 30 S/D/J/Z, you can mow down enemies left and right (Offline >_>;;; ) With any weapon.

In the right hands, Holy Ray is awesome. When you're at the right level, try it out on Olga Flow - work's pretty damn well!!! IMHO.

Yes, as long as you use S/D/J/Z. I have 30 Shifta and when I use my HR with my FO it does good damage. Grind it up to +40, cuz thats 80 more ATP.
