I used all my meseta (25k or something) on capsule 2 trying to get Shifta. But was unsuccesful, is shifta actually obtainable from capsule 2 or is it only available from the special capsules? and if it is only available from special capsules is it best just to buy capsule 1 in order to get more chances of a special capsule for my meseta?

I've actually seen Shifta in the list of 100 meseta cards before, but it doesn't happen that often.

I was able to get 2 Shiftas from the 2 capsules I have obtainbed from the 50 meseta shop, so you can use that shop instead of the 100 meseta one for Shifta.
