Is this card really worth it to put in my deck?

I mean, I barely get a high enough dice roll to even equip it.

It's a pretty good card for what it's worth. It has good HP, AP (with TP Power), and TP, it takes half damage from techs, and it heals itself everytime it acts. All this makes it useful for any of the heroside forces. I'd say it's particularly effective with Relmitos, since it'll work extremely well on both his AP and TP modes. Try to pair it up with something like a Wand or Club of Zumiuran for a good double-offense. I advise a deck with some Dice +1 cards to help get your dice bonus up, making it easier to equip.
