I'm still figuring things out in regards to teams... No idea how to create or manage yet. Actually, Im still at the point of configuring my gamepad.

Note, taklking is problematic for everyone. Since it defaults to JP, and noone has a JP keybaord, it's hard to chat. A workaround at the moment is to press comma, space, then type... Just like screwing with the IME.

No, there isn't, all Japanese. Going to look at the EULA, see if they disallow file changing, if not, I'll see about using the files form PSO PC to get English working. Otherwise, you won't be seeing that kind of "patch" around here, given that it wouldnt be legal.

Just checked, and while it says nothing about not being allowed to change files, it does say you can't use altered files online. So, yeah, no file-changing.

I discovered what most of the things inside the options (ingame options, not initial game setup options) do, including the translations of the button configuration menu (for gamepad, I don't play with keyboard controls so I didn't check that one, should be roughly the same, though).

I might do a little visual translation guide to what these things do, would help everyone.

That would be of great help - I have an immense controller for my pc, but there's no point if I have no idea how to configure it! Ah well...

(Geez, I go away to my friends for one day, and everyone's already on it! I've not even started downloading it yet!)

Actually, I got mine finished before they released theirs. They just had a full download up before Sega releases theirs on their own site. The second torrent that was posted was around 5 hours after the bookstores opened for business. The "other site's" DL was available a day later. But yeah, I know what you mean. And I don't mind them playing, as long as they play nice and by the rules.

Or actually, you know what? Have them screw around, figure out FSODing. It's still Beta, and the GMs are looking more closely right now. Have em make trouble while it'll get fixed.

Does anyone know how to enable controller rumble in BB? It worked fine for me with the same controller on the original 2 years ago.

No idea. IIRC, there was a setting for it in the old one, just like GC. May just not be available from BB anymore.

I see people, but they're all in games doing quests I don't have open yet. And I still can't manage to run across a RA to evolve my poor Mag yet. T_T I miss offline multimode. >_>;
