I was playing ultimate forest with my bluefull ramar earlier. I went to push the switch to open the first door. It unlocked but I got stuck on the switch. Is this a disc problem or just a glitch?!

Probably just a glitch. If you can cast techs, or use items, use a Telepipe or Ryuker, and see if that works.
