i read all the tutorial but im stuck on the one that said 3 names that are non chosen....please help

you need to enter 3 usernames that you would like to have and if one of them isn't chosen you can have it. I would assume it starts with the first one and if its available, then you can have it, if not it moves onto your second choice for username to see if its chosen and so forth,.
